This session draws on the precision and sequencing of Iyengar Yoga to support the body’s natural resilience, using carefully selected asana and pranayama to steady the nervous system and optimise immune function. Through alignment, timing, and the intelligent use of props, we create conditions in which the breath can deepen, the system can settle, and the body’s own restorative capacities can quietly come online.
